HOW DOES IT WORK?
OUR 3 PHASE PROCESS PREPARES YOU FOR CMM CERTIFICATION AWARD
Our team will use the latest tools and techniques to assist you through your entire CMMC Journey to prepare for your audit.
Phase 1
Our team of specialists will initially work with you to complete your NIST 800-171 self-assessment and help you submit it into the SPRS system. This assessment creates the baseline for initial SSP & POAM development as the foundation for the next two phases of your journey.
Phase 2
SSP & POAM+20
The System Security Plan (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestones(POAM) plus 20 additional controls are living documents that will be used to document and guide your journey toward CMMC award. When all compliance gaps have been remediated your POAM will no longer be considered by the assessor.
Phase 3
Gap Remediation
Our specialists will step through all of the gaps found and documented in your POAM to insure that they have been remediated and that you are assessment ready. During your audit our team will be by your side to help ensure that your audit is successfully completed.
